lada sulah secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B&lt;br /&gt;1 tin cream of mushroom- guna campbell sedap&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;garam dan lada sulah secukup rasa.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Rebus makaroni sampai kembang dgn air dan garam secukup rasa.Dah  kembang toskan airnya then gaul ngan butter or minyak masak sket supaya  tak melekat-lekat.Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian sama banyak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di dalam kuali/piuk:&lt;br /&gt;*Panaskan minyak untuk menumis.Tumis bawang besar sampai layu.Masukkan  bawang putih.Agak-agak dah naik bau masukkan cili api, sosej dan sayur  campur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Masukkan garam dan lada sulah secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Last sekali masukkan daging ayam cincang, masak sehingga masak daging  ayam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pastu di bekas yg lain lak:&lt;br /&gt;*Campurkan cream of mushroom ngan air masak.Gaul sehingga sup cendawan  menjadi cair dan tak berketul.&lt;br /&gt;*Masukkan sebiji telur, garam ngan lada sulah.Gaul sampai  sebati.Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di dalam loyang :&lt;br /&gt;**Sapukan loyang ngan marjerin or butter ( supaya tak melekat..... )&lt;br /&gt;**Untuk 1st layer masukkan makaroni satu bahagian tadi.&lt;br /&gt;**Pastu tuangkan satu bahagian sup cendawan tadi rata2 atas  makaroni.Taburkan mozarela chesse menutupi semua bahagian markaroni.&lt;br /&gt;**Tuangkan semua bahan A plak.&lt;br /&gt;**Buat 2nd layer.Tabur makaroni yang sebahagian lagi tu, tuang sup  cendawan &amp;amp; tutup ngan mozarela cheese.Kali ni cheese kena lebih  banyak dari yang 1st layer tadi...baru sedap......lebih sedap kalo kita  buat semua ni malam2, then simpan dalam fridge. Esok paginya baru bakar. Line muffin tray with paper cups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sift flours,  baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Add sugar into the flour  mixture. Use a whisk to lightly blend the mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In another  mixing bowl, combine egg, milk and melted butter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lightly dust  chocolate chips with flour (to prevent sinking in batter).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Make a  well in the middle of dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix  just until all the flour is moistened. Fold chocolate chips into batter.  The batter should look lumpy. Do not overmix.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Divide batter into  12 muffin cups. Rendamkan sotong kering tu dengan ubat sotong.. kalau kita beli di kedai biasanyer ubat sotong tu akan di berikan juga..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebuskan sekejap untuk buang hanyir.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan2 kisar halus hingga harum, masukkan serbuk kunyit dan cili kisar. Tumis hingga terbit minyak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan daging dan daun kesom tadi, gaul rata dan masak hingga daging kecut. Tuang air secukupnya dan masak dengan api besar hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api dan terus merenih hingga daging empuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan jus asam jawa, dan tambah garam secukup rasa dan sedikit gula. Biar mendidih 10 minit lagi dengan api perlahan. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api. kecil nescafe instant (tp aku x bubuh pun)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara&lt;br /&gt;1. Butter dan gula dipukul sehingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur satu persatu. Pukul lagi. Masukkan esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan Bahan B yg telah diayakkan berselang seli dengan susu segar.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kacau rata dgn senduk kayu.&lt;br /&gt;5. Refrigerate until ready to use.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong style="font-weight: normal; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;Sweet Dough&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients :&lt;br /&gt;250 g high protein flour ~ sifted (I used pau flour)&lt;br /&gt;2.5 g bread improver ~ sifted (I didn't use it)&lt;br /&gt;2.5 g bread softener (neither this too)&lt;br /&gt;10 g milk powder ~ sifted&lt;br /&gt;38 g caster sugar (I used regular sugar)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon instant yeast&lt;br /&gt;1 egg ~ lightly beaten&lt;br /&gt;135 g water or milk &lt;em&gt;(do not use milk powder if using milk)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30 g butter ~ softened ( I used shortening)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method :&lt;br /&gt;1. Mix sifted flour, bread improver, bread softener, milk powder, sugar, salt, instant yeast and egg in a mixer bowl.&lt;br /&gt;2. make a well in the middle and add the liquid, mix everything together.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add in the butter and pour the balance liquid if needed. Knead till dough is soft, smooth and elastic (not sticky).&lt;br /&gt;4. Divide dough into 55 g portions. You should get about 9 portions.&lt;br /&gt;5. Roll each portion into a ball. Cover the balls of dough and leave to rest for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;6. Flatten the dough and place a portion of filling in the center of the dough.&lt;br /&gt;7. Gather the edge and pinch to seal. Make sure to seal well or the filling will leak out during baking.&lt;br /&gt;8. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining portions of dough. Place each bun about 7.5 cm apart on the baking tray.&lt;br /&gt;9. Prove for 45 minutes in a warm place or until doubled the size.&lt;br /&gt;10. Pipe the topping on the buns in a spiral, starting from the centre.&lt;br /&gt;11. Kemudian pukul telur, susu dan mentega yang di cairkan di dalam mangkuk yang berasingan.&lt;br /&gt;- setelah itu satukan adunan telur ke dalam adunan tepung, gaul hingga sekadar adunan bercampur. Sebaiknyer jangan terlebih kacau adunan (supaya tidak liat)malah adalah lebih baik jika adunan itu terdapat sedikit ketulan2 kecil tepung&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-panaskan kuali hingga sederhana panas, berus kuali dengan sedikit mentega, kemudian sendukkan adunan pancake ke dalam kuali dan biarkan adunan betul2 masak serta warnanya kecoklatan sebelum di balik2 kan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-ulang hingga kesemua adunan habis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- pancake sedap di makan panas2 bersama madu dan mentega. Juga boleh di hidang dengan krim putar dan sos coklat atau sos strawberry.
